I wrote this a couple years ago. It's pretty much how I felt and still feel about the amazing man God has for me. I hope you enjoy!


To him.

When I think about my future, I wonder who you are.
When I dream about my life, I wonder who you are.
When I meet a charmer, I wonder who you are.
When I sing a love song, I wonder who you are.
When I tell them "I'm waiting for my husband", I wonder who you are.
When they talk about their boyfriends, I wonder who you are.

Life is a mystery, as are you to me.
When they give their heart away, to ones they think they love... I sit waiting for you to come take mine, and cherish it forever.
When I'm sad, I wonder who you are.
When I'm happy, I wonder who you are.
When I cry, I wish you were with me.
When I pray, I pray for you.

Loving the life God has given me, waiting for you to enter it.
I will be honest.
I will be strong.
I will be loving.
I will be yours.

I can't promise I'm going to be the most amazing wife.
I can't promise I'll never hurt you.
I can't promise I won't yell at you. :)
But there is one thing I can promise, I [will] love you forever and [ever].
